Super freezing
reefer container
We have a super-freezing reefer container in our yard that can maintain temperatures as low as -60°C. This is significantly colder than standard refrigerated containers, which typically only go down to -18°C.These ultra-low temperatures are achieved by employing advanced cooling technology, such as liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide injection. This enables them to store pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and certain types of food by combining advanced cooling technology and sophisticated sensors to maintain ultra-low temperatures throughout the shipping process.
Compressors, evaporators, and sensors work together to regulate the temperature and humidity inside the container. To achieve the ultra-low temperatures required for certain products, liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide injection is used.
